Greek Pizza

19 Jan

This is probably one of my favorite dishes to make and I wanted to share. It is very fast, simple, and a crowd will love it!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Large Pizza Crust ( I use boboli)
  • 1 Package Pizza Sauce (bobli)
  • 1 Package fresh baby Spinach
  • Feta Cheese
  • Black Olives
  • Butter and garlic salt

Where is what you are going to want to do:

  • Preheat the over 350
  • Saute the baby spinach – I use a garlic olive oil ( I set the spinach on paper towel after sauteing to get extra oil off.)
  • heat some butter and brush over pizza crust. Make sure to get the edges good
  • sprinkle with garlic salt
  • Spread pizza sauce over crust, cover crust with spinach, crumble feta over top, and finish with sliced black olives.

All ingredient amounts are to your liking. I just a handful of olives sliced, and lots of feta. =)

Put it in the oven for 20 minutes, let it cool for 5, and serve!

Let me know what you think!

ps – Do you have any great homemade pizza’s that you make?

xoxo

Have you ever used Naan bread for pizza? It is really good. I make a buffalo ranch chicken pizza for dinner sometimes. Cook chicken on stove with oregano, salt, pepper, and chili powder then add some ranch and buffalo sauce. Put a mixture of ranch and buffalo sauce on Naan bread then add red onions, cilantro, green onions, the cooked chicken, and cheese. Then bake at 400 for 5 to 6 minutes.
